Finally getting around to figuring out all the cool features of this watch. I programmed the C25K program in to it.. It beeps and vibrates to signal what to do and when to do it. And then it records how well I did. (complete with heart rate, speed, cadence, elevation etc..) and then it puts it on the web!

Garmin foot pod securely attached to a pair of Vibram FiveFingers KSO. I use it with a Forerunner 60, and it does seem to have problems when I do speed-work and have auto pause set to “on” in some cases, where it will auto pause at 3’30"/km pace. Odd. At my more normal 6’00"/km pace there’s no problems.
I have no idea how accurate it is with pace and distance, but to me the important number is cadence, and that seems accurate.
