This is how I put away my mp3 player. This way I do not have to deal with inextricable knots next time I want to use it. This may increase the chance of fracturing the inside cables which is bad for your headphone cord. As most of my flickr friends know, I usually drop my hi-tech gadgets at least twice daily LOL
I didn’t drop my laptop yet but soon or later I will
My MP3 player is NOT better than my digital camera or my 3 cellphones and my walkman player…As a result it’s doesn’t work anymore but later I figured it out that I just needed to reinstall the firmware…I think someone should make a bronze statue for my MP3 player the greatest surviver of radiant guy’s heavy duty tests.

I’m still pretty old school when it comes to mp3 players. These are my trusty 40GB Creative Nomad Zen Xtra’s. Not as slick as the ipod but I like the sound better. The one on the left I have had for the last 4 years and have used it EVERY day since I had it. It’s battle weary now after being stuffed in my pant pocket for 4 years, and is held together with sticky tape. One of the stereo channels of the headphone jack has just crapped out on me too. So I went on eBay and bought the one on the right. This is in great condition and has the leather pouch which will help protect it. I really like these players because it hard to find any new mp3 players out there that have a 40GB capacity – they are all a lot smaller now for some reason. I also like the fact that you can replace the battery yourself and don’t have to send it away or pay to have a new one put in

On Christmas eve I ordered this brandless MP3 player on ebay for a whopping (that includes the shipping costs). I’d been looking for one with similar features when I stumbled upon it. I finally received it yesterday and, I have to admit, it does everything I need it to and more… all for less than the brand name equivalent. As further testament to how cheap I am, those are headphones.
