How do I remove Internet antivirus pro from my dell laptop?

I have a Dell Laptop and some how over the weekend Internet antivirus pro(IAP) decided it wanted to come on to my laptop. As soon as I hit explorer to go on it comes up with the screen that I have to click on to go to an unprotected site which then pops on IAP! I only have AVG for protection on the laptop!
