Young people and improvisational theater should be a natural combinationso why do we so rarely find this combo in today’s classrooms? According to Elizabeth Swadosplaywright, director, composer, poet, author of children’s books and of an acclaimed family memoirimprovisational theater is the perfect creative outlet for junior-high and high-school students . . . if only they can be given the tools and the guidance to make the most of this natural yet rigorous art form.

I have heard that it has happened. But I am going on a cruise next year and am wondering how easy it would be to “get some” while on a cruise. Are my chances high? Low? I have always had lots of friends on cruises but there wasn’t a lot of “hot” girls before. But when I go on the next one, there will be many. So do I have a good chance? And what do I have to do to get to that point? Thank you for your help/advice.

I have sleepovers and movie marathons with my friends occasionally but I always have a hard time picking out movies. My friends and I LOVE comedies or romantic comedies. Any chick flicks will also do?
And we’re all aged 15-16 so please don’t suggest movies that are TOO inappropriate.
We love the Hangover and the Proposal so movies like those would be great!
Recent movies would be best, but we don’t mind older movies as long as they were released after 2000.

My best friend’s birthday is in a couple of days, and I still haven’t got her a present. She hinted to me she hasn’t seen any good movies lately, and thinks it would be cool if we could watch one at her b-day party. She’s obsessed with animals, and the theme of her party is animals, so I thought I get her an animal movie. She liked the movie Dreamer, but not Because of Winn-Dixie. She hated Air Bud, but loved Black Beauty. Any suggestions?
